How to Submit an Invoice

Invoices must be submitted via US Mail or email to the address(es) below:

Invoices are subject to approval based on the terms of your agreement or contract.

We process checks once a week and most payments are issued within 10 business days of receipt of your invoice.

Maui Media, LLC requires all outside vendors to fill out a W-9 form.  You can find a PDF from the IRS here. Please fill out the W-9 and fax to 808-442-7298 or email to finance@mauimedia.net
