Maui Media is a publishing company dedicated to raising planetary consciousness by helping individuals raise their own consciousness.

Sound ambitious? It is.

After all, most people don’t wake up in the morning thinking “I’m going to raise my consciousness today. I’m going to become more centered, loving, and aware of the infinite connections between myself and all of the other living things on this earth.”


They do after reading our books. We create, sell, and (most importantly) market books designed to inspire this thought or intention. Or some version related to it:
  • “I love my children so much.”

  • “Today’s meeting is going to go better than yesterday’s.”

  • “I’m going to keep my stress levels lower.”

  • “I’m spending some quality time with my dog today.”

  • “That’s the last time I pass by a homeless person without doing something. I’m volunteering today.”


These thoughts, as simple and personal as they may seem, have the power to change not only the thinker’s life, but the lives of those around them. Ultimately, the world changes. It has to. That’s the way ripple effects work.

A casual smile from a passing stranger can lift our spirits—sometimes without our even noticing—and lead to kinder interactions with coworkers, family, and ourselves, all of which lead to kinder interactions with others, and so on.

Ultimately, how many people are affected by that one smile? Fifty? A hundred? Ten thousand? A million?

Over how many years? One? Ten? A thousand?? Two thousand?

This is simple stuff, right? Children understand and live this way. But busy, complicated and stressful lives cause many people to lose this insight over the years. They think they need more time, resources, or to be more “serious” or “powerful” in order to have an impact on the world. Or it just doesn’t occur to them to think about it all.

There are many “conscious consumers” out there, and many of them buy our books. But there are many more people who would never browse the Self Improvement or Spirituality sections. We want those people to read our books. When it comes to raising planetary consciousness, we can’t just preach to the choir—or the congregation either, for that matter. We have to reach everyone.
